Health Check Assessment

Healthy Balance offers through its program, a comprehensive health assessment of patients and employees. The purpose of the program is to raise patient awareness of their current health status, heart disease risk, stress level and provide strategies to minimise the risk of developing any lifestyle diseases.

The Healthy Balance health check assessment involves a two-step process with every patient:

Step 1 - A comprehensive assessment of a patient’s health indicators: weight, body mass index, blood pressure, stress levels, lifestyle diseases risk (diabetes, heart diseases)

A consultation with an Accredited Practising Dietician, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist
