If you are aged under 65 years old (or under 50 years for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders) and satisfy the eligibility criteria, the NDIS will provide you with the reasonable and necessary support you need to enjoy life.
Healthy Balance can assist patients with any of the following support offered under NDIS:
home modifications, aids and mobile equipment prescription, such as wheelchairs, adjustable beds, home fixtures or fittings
individual advice on managing diet for health and wellbeing, including development of a personalised diet plan
personalised exercise programs to help with disability
advice on regaining movement and / or pain reduction
As well as on-going allied health services to enable participants to maintain their level of functioning (physiotherapy, dietitian, speech pathology, occupational therapy, podiatry, exercise physiology)
